We helped building a custom application extending the locations and CI data model on ServiceNow. All the CIs and assets for an existing and new clinic can now be tracked. This helped the customer to save plenty of efforts for repeated site surveys, maintaining data in ServiceNow and getting rid of Siloed Excel sheets with each survey personnel.
