Meet Anusha Mallepally. She is one of our ServiceNow Developers and with us since 2019. This is her story and journey with us!
Q: Tell me about yourself & why ZeTechno?
“Hi, I’m Anusha. I joined ZeTechno in 2019 November as a trainee developer. This was my first job after college, I had two job offers – 1 MNC offer and the other at ZeTechno. I chose this young startup because I believed it would provide a faster and higher learning curve.”
Q: How different has your journey been at Zetechno?
“I got to work on a project just after 1.5 months of training, unlike my friends in MNC who were on the bench for 4-6 months. Today, my skillset is well-equipped as a professional, all thanks to ZeTechno.”
Q: How was your first day at the office like?
On my first day at the ZeTechno office, I was at the front door searching for Monica and I saw Sagar. Unaware of who he was, I asked him the directions and he guided me. Later, Monica asked me, “Did you meet Sagar?” and I said no. Then she showed me his photo. And we both laughed as it was Sagar, the founder of ZeTechno. So, what I have learned from Sagar is to never give up at any cost. Whatever has to be done will be done.
Q: Tell us something about your experiences with Sagar?
So, what I have learned from Sagar is to never give up at any cost. Whatever has to be done will be done.
Q: How is it working as a woman in ZeTechno?
We have no gender inequality at ZeTechno and even the timings are comfortable. The goal of completing the work gives us motivation not to think of other challenges.
Q: How are you feeling here and would you like to change your job, if given the opportunity?
At this moment, I would say not really. I’m handling multiple client projects and I am much ahead of others with whom I started my career. This is only because of the possibilities that I have explored here.
Also I’m 100% sure that my company can be one of the best partners for ServiceNow and stand different from others in understanding and working with the customers. Read Why ZeTechno is best partner to choose to know more
