Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM resource with AIops experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow ITOM modules, as well as experience with AIO tools and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.

Configure ServiceNow ITOM modules to meet business requirements and ensure integration with other ServiceNow modules.

Develop custom workflows, scripts, and integrations as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements.

Use AIOps techniques and tools to optimize and automate IT operations processes.

Perform system testing and quality assurance activities.

Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow ITOM modules.

Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow and AIops technologies and trends.

Participate in knowledge-sharing and continuous improvement activities.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

7+ years of IT experience and 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITOM implementation, configuration, and customization.

Experience with AIOps tools and techniques, such as machine learning, data analytics, and automation is a must.

Strong understanding of IT operations processes and best practices.

Experience with ServiceNow workflows, scripting, and integrations.

Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB modules.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Any ServiceNow ITOM certification is a must and any further certifications are a plus.
